Naruto timeline messed up?

- Naruto,Sasuke,Sakura,Ino and the rest of them were together in school as kids (like early kids,not when the show started)
- Naruto is the same age as all of them
- Naruto failed to graduate several times but he still graduated the same time as them(them also being people his own age ) yet they did not fail to graduate before

What am I missing here? U_U
