Your reasoning needs improvement.I would start off by actually finding a valid reason.
What you have there is an opinion and a horrible one at that.

By that logic the sage had no one to learn from.

But unlike Kaguya the Sage has been confirmed to have done shit (Sealed the Juubi, Created a Moon) Kaguya is someone with chakra who stopped wars fought by ordinary humans -_-

That shouldn't be enough for her to be so high, Konohamaru could do that shit.

Kaguya has no feats. And of course the Sage had someone to learn from, his mother.

She ate the fruit of the God Tree.

That puts her leagues ahead of everyone in pure power from the very start.

This is a nice concept but,poorly executed.

Like i said everyone is citing random events from the manga to say where they think a ninja should be ranked.

Not even taking to account the conditions and context of the fights and situations that got them there.

It should be based off feats and the skills of the shinobi that is why we have stats.

It should be based off stats first.
And how those shinobi use there stats and skills to there advantage even when the opposing enemy clearly has an better overall stat rating.

That fruit is very rare & is precious for GT means that it must be filled with super powers...Sage got his powers from his mom ...Technically he got only a portion of his mom's power assuming that his dad is a normal human means that she is even powerful than Sage (b4 Juubi's jin) IMO

Bold: Fuinjutsu requires chakra. And what makes you think Kaguya mastered Yin Yang and gained Omnyouton. She only ate the fruit, she didn't have the Juubi.

I know that but some people in NB are curious about different stages of a character like MS Obito,Rinnegan Obito and Juubi Obito ...that's y I included MS Sasuke as well

Wow. I actually kinda agree with one of these for once... Thought I believe

kakuzu and sa(upper high) should be bumped down... they're not stronger than kisame, deidara, konan. Or, those 3 should be bumped up.

Also, Jiraiya should be bumped down or orochimaru bumped up (both in upper high). It was said by hiruzen that only minato was capable of stopping oro. With oro's current, ninjutsu-less feats, he's already on a tier above the other 2 sannin as they have no possible way of defeating him. But, i think jiraiya should really be bumped down to where tsunade is. He can only slightly defeat tsunade, and even then, if he can't get into SM, she can win. Jiraiya has incredible devastating feats, but they're not that strong. Unless you split this between SM and base jiraiya who are in 2 different leagues.
