Madara fakes his death like the one against Hashirama and survived through Izanagi. After Naruto and Sasuke fights, the latter dies. Madara again steals Sasuke's rinnegan and the Bijuu's floating inside the Chibaku spheres. He becomes the villain of third season.

Naruto never re-uses old villains as new main villains. Perfect example Oro. In a supposedly part 3 Maddie would either be dead or fodder.

First off, Madara didn't fake his own death, he died. Hashirama killed him.

Secondly, why would the Biju still be in the CT after Naruto and Sasukes battle?

And finally, rinnegan Madara is fodder.

Pretty sure Kishi is done with Madara. He played his part. He accepted his death. There's just no way... Kishi knows when he's given a character closure. That's why Obito/Itachi/Minato are done.

Sorta wish Jiraiya had been brought back to see Naruto's new powers, but Jiraiya got a good death and lives on in a sense through Naruto.
