This entire series is just amazing.

We see many issues adressed, we see epic fight sequences and we get to see great character development.
Kakashi- We see a troubled youth grow into a powerful man revered by all the 5 great nations.

Itachi- a true hero who for the sake of the village destroyed his clan and joined the akatsuki just to instill peace on the world.

Naruto- a boy with no friends or parents grew up to be the savior of this world.

Hinata- a girl with no faith in herself, grew up to be a hero, with charisma and strength.

Nagata- even though his means were not right he transformed from a boy seeking revenge, to a man who would die for his friends, to a god of the world to savior to sacrificed himself to save the village.

Shikamaru- a boy who was lazy by all mean turned into a powerful ninja

the series has a indepth plot with alot of twists and mysteries.

tobi's identity, Juubi revival, Akatsuki, Madara, Kabuto.

a interestign view towards what makes a villain.

not to mention the story tells the tale of the anti-hero Sasuke Uchiha and his path to do what his heart desires.

All in all the series so far has been classified as an epic, with great characters, story and plot.

Negative things about naruto.

not that much. Sometimes the butterfly's and rainbow stuff gets annoying. Sakura beinga failure as a Heroine really annoys me because she is just there whining and crying and healing fodders she has 0 character development if not negative character devlopement.
but i guess the main compliant i have is the flashbacks(do we really need a flashback of something we just saw earlier that chapter?)

but all in all the series so far has been a 8.5/10(brought down only by Rainbows, Sakura, and flashbacks)
