Sakura has never moved the plot nor was she connected to the main plot the way Naruto, Sasuke, and Kakashi were. Naruto because he was a jinchuriki, Sasuke because he was an Uchiha and connected with tobi, and Kakashi because he was directly tied to obito. Sakura's plot relevance was far too low for a main character, so i would put Kakashi as tritagonist.
