storyline
COBRA are after the tailed beasts and trying to start a war against the ninja world there is not much information about there leader or members only that they wear a black jacket with red clouds around it, all the ninja villages are at peace as all there leaders have died and need replacing there is already a hokage that has stepped up and taken charge of all the villages until kages steps up to rule the villages and intends to stop the COBRA, naruto and sasuke are the general of the alliance (naruto has the nine tails in him and has full control if you want the nine tails you will need to extract the nine tails out of him) I will control both of these naruto is the hokage and sasuke is his trusted advisor with having full control of his powers and the EMS

you can have any power you want! besides rinnegan or sage mode too op to start off also you can have only 2 powers to start of with and no EMS or sage mode to start off
also no arguing with each other we will discuss that in the group chat
also you have a certain amount of health and charka
only 10 uchiha allowed
also if you die in the rp you will need to start you bio again

also there will be tailed beasts but there are restrictions on this as well if you lose so much charka and health you will need to rely on you juubi powers and will under go incomplete transformation this will make you powerful but may kill you depending on your rank if your rank is higher the more resistant's you have in juubi mode the more tails the juubi has the faster and harder it will be to resist the juubi and you will die from entering the "mind loss state" this occurs wen your health drops below 75% of your original value for example 200 health you get damage you go to 50 health juubi mode will happen and after 3 turns if you don't control the juubi from taking over your body you got to the mind loss state and die. so if you have 200 resistant the juubi wins and will take over you body but if you have 400 and the juubi has 300 you resist getting taking over and can fight in that form for a while before you lose the form (5 turns) and pass out from exhaustion
