Story: Takes place about 40-50 events after Naruto: Shippuden. A teenage missing-nin, codenamed Dawn, makes her living by assassinating people with her massive lightning release prowess. However, she doesn't know much of her past, or her real name. On top of this, anbu from all 5 of the main villages are on her tail, and she has one of the highest bounties in the shinobi world. Will she be able to survive?
A man is running as fast as he can, hoping to get away from something.
Man: I think I'm safe.. -panting heavily- for now.
A shadow appears behind said man.
Dawn: Safe from what, exactly?
-the man looks behind him so stiffly his neck barely turns-
Man: The lightning assassin... You have come to kill me?
Dawn: Yes. Your wanted poster is even higher than mine. You had no future anyways.
Man: What do you know?!
-the man throws a kunai at her to which she catches with her two fingers-
Dawn: You don't have any shinobi training either, you're just an idiot with a weapon.
She begins to walk forward.
Man: -backs up into a tree- H-he..
Dawn: What's that?
Man: HELP! SOMEONE HELP ME!
Dawn: What about when you committed genocide on those children? Did they cry for help?
Man: You're no human.. you're a demon!
Dawn: Fukishiba Ori, you have committed several sins throughout your time on this earth. I am releasing you from all of these sins. Do you have any last words?
Fukishiba: Please, spare me! I'm just a human, us humans are imperfect! Please, you must understand! I can change!
Dawn: I do not understand at all.
-fukishiba looks confused-
Dawn: You told me I was a demon, no? Therefore I do not have human emotions. I cannot stop living like this until I kill a certain man.. Enough talk, you've actually stalled a while. I release you from your sins. Lightning Release: One Strike Touch. -she touches his shoulder, eletrocuting him-
Fukishiba: GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Later..
Middle Aged Woman: Thank you so much! My son was killed by that evil man. The nightmares will finally be over!
Dawn: No problem. Call again if you need anything of the sort.
-dawn walks right out, and is stopped by a man in a fox mask-
Dawn: Please move.
???: No, I know who you are, lightning assassin. I am a new anbu, named Mex.
Dawn: Are you an idiot? Why would an anbu be out in the country, and two, why would you reveal your name?
Mex: Be quiet! I've come to capture you! Fire Release: Sage Phoenix Flower!
-the fireballs are shot, but dawn successfully dodges each one-
Dawn: Fire Release, eh? Lightning Beast Running Technique!
Mex: Thinks: There's no way... Kakashi Hatake's technique? Talking: Earth Release: Mud Wall Jutsu!
-the mud wall successfully blocks her attack, with several holes in it-
Mex: She's not bad.. You will not get away!
-once the dust clears, she is gone-
Mex: ._.'... Damn it. Next time I'll get her...
A while later, with dawn
Dawn: My name is Dawn.. I know previous to losing my memory, I was in some type of battle.. A man made me forget everything.. killed my partners, defeated me.. I'll avenge you all. I'll kill him..
-dawn opens her eyes, and blinks for a while-
Dawn: Oh, I was sleeping. It's always that dream of me talking to myself..
Mex: Too bad, I've found you!
Dawn: Oh joy, it's you..
Mex: Don't act so casually on the one who's about to turn you in!
Dawn: Meh, whatever.
-mex dashes at her and punches her across the face, to where she bleeds out of the mouth-
Dawn: That punch, that was pathetic.
Mex: The hell... That was as hard as I can hit!
-dawn turns the other way-
Dawn: I'm sorry, but fighting someone like you is pointless. Try to find me when you've gotten stronger, remember the next time I won't go easy... toodles!
In a flash, dawn disappears
Mex: She's not human...
-a woman appears to be watching her from a distance-
???: Dawn.. is that what she is being called nowadays? -fiddling with a kunai- Say, why don't you go give her some competition? Lure her into us.
???2: Fufufufu.. no problem master.. no.. problem.
