OP didn't actually state which mode Naruto is supposed to be in. The Last Naruto wins, considering he has access to all the same powers but is much stronger.
I think you're referring to the Last Naruto in KSM (or what-ever that form was) vs. RSM Naruto. Though OP didn't actually list what form Naruto was in, instead he said the Last Naruto vs RSM Naruto.
Meaning its Naruto 2 years after VoTe2 vs. Naruto at VoTE2. So basically it's RSM Naruto (the Last) vs RSM Naruto (VoTe2). Winner is obvious.
