About time someone made one of these, I'll start, after checking out the character designs, specifically Shikamaru's, I'm beginning to think that, maybe, they'll be some new, united ninja nation (Shikamaru's uniform doesn't look like any flak jacket of the current nations).

If that is the case each village is probably enacting as a regional base for this new united village (Most likely in the land of Iron)

Man, that's be a good idea, considering the world had to unite and see each other eye to eye during the war, after all, most of the major nations haven't gone to war with each other because of WWII, right?

Like I said, I think the other nations may exist, but there's also a unified nation, for those that wish to live in it, like Republic City in Korra.
