I agree but the i think story remains the same....the story will be a mess if they start to work on other people opinion....so they don't....let me give you an example of amazing spider man 2 (the movie) about Gwen's death!

Pairings are not technically a main plot so they are influenced by fan popularity,at least thats what I think altough there have been exceptions

So you are saying Kishi will prioritize his thoughts about a particular pairing and make it canon even if its not popular more than making his fans happy?

The whole story is more important than just pairing....when a story ends, it's every part needs to be perfect...when we rewatch a story after its ending we point out its every section....and there should not be any question marks anywhere....if there will be even one the story will lose its quality!
