If you're excluding Naruto and Sasuke, I'd still say you're wrong because Gaara and Lee has her beat. Darui, too, if you count him apart of Naruto's generation.
I'm not on the Sakura-hating bandwagon. Just countering your statement.

I honestly think Sakura could outlast Lee, but it could probably go either way. And I consider Gaara's power to consist mostly on retained Bijuu abilities. After all, only his automatic shield was confirmed to be his mother's will, not his total mastery.

I have no comment about Darui, I was really only thinking about Konoha. I didn't think much about others.

These two really are the pinnacle of everything that anyone who has a goal should have. They basically had nothing, no talent, no advantages and rank amongst the best amongst people who were hand given powers.

They even were the best in their respective areas for a long time. Gai being the strongest Ninja in Konoha for most of the series, and Lee being the strongest amongst the K11 for most of the series


Oh, and Hashirama. He understands Ashura and Hagaromo more than anyone

I knew it was sarcasm. You're saying that the Ootsutsuki didn't have a backstory or "proper" development so there's nothing to like about them, right?
I'm saying a backstory and development doesn't automatically qualify something as well written or likeable.

Sasuke managed turned his life around.

Naruto and Sakura got what they sought after for so long.

Sharingan and Rinnegan are as awesome as they are.

Sarada proved that Kishi can write really good female characters.

Itachi's love is still present and passed down to the new Uchiha family.
