Ill present a scenario. Within the scenario ill give a few options. The people who choose the best option for the giving scenario moves on to the next one. If you get it wrong, I'll ignore you comment in the next scenario. Everyone MUST up rep the winner. The answer would be revealed after a half hour.

Scenario1-

You're on trial for murder. Do you

A. Use your sharingan to manipulate the Jury into choosing not guilty?

B. Use a shadow clone to serve your prison time instead of you?

C. Use ninjutsu to fight off any threats and escape?

D. Use Mind Transfer to manipulate the Judge for a mistrial?

There can be more than one right answer. Each scenario would progressively become more and more difficult. Answer below and you can include why if you like. NO EDITS

Shadow Clones would be best.

A. Everyone would know you're up to something when you're eyes turn red with weird black markings and the jury magically thinks you're innocent.
B. You could try and get yourself alone at some point after the trial and use the Kage Bunshin, then hide wherever you are until the coast is clear. Shadow Clones can potentially last a very long time such as in Madara's case.
C. Good f*cking luck being hunted for the rest of your life after you attack the court with Ninjutsu.
D. Mind Transfer requires arm movement, so people would be immediately alerted that something is wrong. After the arm movement, you collapse... Then the judge lets you go... Not subtle at all...

What if your clone get into a fight in jail?

If the Clone follows your will, he'd probably not get into a fight. Well he wouldn't start it anyway. But if he is jumped in prison and he does vanish, you'd hopefully have been long gone. B really is just borrowed time, but with the other options all the attention is focused on you, which is very bad. With B, the attention is focused on a distraction.

A. Use the Sharingan to manipulate the jury into thinking I'm innocent. C and D are bad for reasons that
HiddenSound already mentioned.

However, it can be incredibly hard to see someone's eyes from far away, especially when I could come up
with some excuse to walk towards the jury, and genjutsu them all while no one else in the room notices.
Thus, rendering the whole noticing my eyes are strange thing wouldn't be a problem. Furthermore, by being
found innocent, I can live life better and be treated much better. If I were to use a shadow clone, it would
be a constant drain upon my energy for months or years, depending on the conviction (a shadow clone
splits my chakra/stamina in 2) making life painful. I would also have to go into hiding, and family and friends
would look down on me.

Genjutsu would be the most likely to actually work, and would provide the best results. Even a mistrial would
still make people think I might've been guilty and still cause problems in life in general.

C is right, imo.

EDIT: I meant to say A, my bad!

Reasoning: If it's B or C, you're still thought to have committed murder whether you serve time or not and I doubt D will be as believing as A.

A half hour has passed so here are the answers for Naruto Test #1

A. B. OR D.

A. Chances are if you use Sharingan Genjutsu on the Jury, no one would notice your eye color change. If they did, no one would draw the conclusion that you performed some sort of mind control on anyone just because your pupils turned red.

B. The next qualified answer is B. Having a shadow clone substitute for you inside of a prison is very risky as the clone can be destroyed in a variety of ways. However, if you are able to prolong his destruction, this will give you plenty of time to escape and keep using shadow clones to avoid capture while on the run.

D. And finally D. The reason why this is the least qualified is because, once you perform mind transfer jutsu your body will go absolutely limp. You may be able to convince the courtroom and declare a mistrial but that using Mind Transfer justus should be the last resort.

C. is absolutely wrong. No matter what ninjutsu you possess, the plan was avoid prison. Eventually you'll run out of chakra and have to serve an even longer sentence because of your heinous murders.

the next scenario can again have multiple answers that are correct.

A seems simple and you won't have to overuse chakra as with a shadow clone.

D.
Disguise it as prayer, and an emotional collapse. The seals are extremely similar or you can plead insanity.
