this is my first prediction but what i think will happen through the story is that naruto will taken to the tree so that the tree will leak chakara or some kind of life force into naruto so that he may survive but when they get there nothing happens at first and naruto dies, and saskue dies as well but while they are both dead madara joins the other fight and starts his moon of eye plan. while the whole world is under the genjutsu naruto meets the six path and saskue uses the izangi but since he has ems he doesnt lose his eye sight and naruto come back to life through the tree but since they were dead the time of the jutsu was activated by madara they werent effected by the tech and they fight together to defeat madara and naruto uses THAT jutsu and saskue uses the jutsu given to him by the 1st.

aside from going the opposite way, if he used izanagi .. that eye is gone dude. you know how OP he would be if he could spam that tech with no repercussions. that'd be terrible writing on kishi's part.
true, i dont really see saske coming back then lol but i think he is either getting taken to the tree or back to minato for the other half, but if thats the case i dont think black zetsu would let him just bring naruto back to life thats why i think he is going to the tree, theres really no where else to take him. i dont think the tree is by sakura i think thats where they are going thats why shes healing him on the way, i think lol

i mean they're in the sky, flying, so whether he's going the wrong way or not, your idea of the tree is still plausible because the smart thing to do would be to avoid the battle by going around it.
thats how i see it, thats the only thing i can see naruto surviving. if shes healing him in air, garra said he needed to recover on the way so where else can they go? lol
i just cant wait until after next week.
i wonder how saskue will live
