Yay for Naruto. Now would you say after the war is over and if Tsunada dies...will naruto be able to become hokage? I really think he is capable for it. Note that being hokage is just not about strength but wits..which Naruto might have some trouble being the hard headed ninja he is but I hope Naruto"s dream comes true.

Well I say in the middle, Naruto is about to surpass Minato but not yet. Naruto still need to be guided by his friends and even his father. But thanks for his friends he is starting to become a better ninja then his father and will surpass Minato. So I say he will but not yet.

Naruto will never become Hokage. It's only fitting that as beastly as he is in battle. He will not want to be doing paperwork all day. When he does, the anime will end.

He could but remember he has to reach at least Jounin, Sannin is the next closest rank, Which Kakashi is to Tsunade. Remember Kakashi is part of team 7 making Sakura, Sasuke and Naruto. So if Kakashi were to become Hokage, his line up would be between those three. Kakashi has trained under Minato, meaning he has trained under Sannin to Third hokage. Jaraiya. Naruto is fortunate to have trained under Kakashi and Jaraiya..It was the perfect combo for him to become Hokage, Naruto however lacks any strategy and it causes him to act with has haste and short attention. This is why he is still considered Genin.

he's surpassed minato in terms of physical/skill feats but not on witts.

but i suppose give naruto some more time to mature and he'd be able to compare to minatos intellect.

though minato only needs to see a jutsu once to completely figure out how it works and what its weakness is.

Naruto has shone more growth in his intellect and strategy application than his powers. He isn't a genius but he isn't the same, let me just run and try to end this quickly, little kid he was in the early parts of part 1. His use of the shadow clones, quick thinking, and leadership qualities more than qualify him for Hokage.

Theres no such thing as a too young kage. Gaara was made kazekage at the age 15.
