Like I said the sound thing wasn't to be taken literally. Their jutsu just use sound and comparing lightning jutsurrender to lightning is like comparing Kakashi's lightning dog to Kirin HUGE DIFFERENCE

Nope it was never stated that chakra lightning is slower than natural lightning. Many assume it is because of Kirin but what they don't know is that Kirin is lightspeed not lightning. Kirin is made by chakra fire too. Actually chakra is in nature too.
