I agree with that because Naruto is a battle match up to Pain.

The sharingan's only bad matchup is with someone with more numbers (Pain,Naruto) or faster with taijutsus (Itachi, the 4th and 3rd Raikage, Guy).
Naruto simply used the info he got from his comrades to make a strategy to beat Pain. Sasuke is strong but as he is currently he wouldn't win, has no allies that could help him. Karin could have found the nagato for sasuke and have him go straight to him but she would never help him now. Going back to Kakashi's bell test, teamwork always beat the lone opponent, Kakashi got that bell test from the 3rd Raikage.Its not that Naruto needs help but more that he knows how to make use of his comrades strenghts like his clone did by using Gaara's sand as a footing.

Sasuke didn't rely on his base strenght and 3 tomoes sharingan but only on MS that he constantly spammed knowing he would go blind the more he use it. Itachi had MS since he was 13 and died at 21, 7 years with the MS when Sasuke had it for less than a month. Why could Sasuke just use his base strenght and not spam MS like Itachi would according to you he surpassed? Sasuke went blind so fast because he was to weak to fight his enemies, he could have further trained and not stupidly try to go against 5 kages (really 4 since Danzo ran). If Sasuke was a genius then he would have waited until Danzo was returning back to the leaf then took him out.

Maybe...... I doubt it though.

This may have been said before but Naruto being a host of the nine tails kinda does count as a bloodline benefit. The only people who are suitable and can survive being a host are those belonging to the same clan as Naruto due to their superior vitality.

I can't imagine Sasuke being a host simply because he's an angry, immature child who would willingly break the seal simply because it would grant him power. He's already shown that he values power above his own safety when he went to Orochimaru knowing that he could lose his body to him.

I used to like Sasuke, but not anymore. He has gotten too dark. When will he see what is right and what is wrong? Both Sasuke and Naruto knew the feeling of being alone but Naruto found a better solution than Sasuke... but if you are talking about powers, we don't know for sure until their upcoming fight do we?

This is true. Same as Sasuke was born to awaken the Sharingan and Mangekyo Sharingan,if he had the talent, of which he only managed the 1st, Naruto was born to bear the burden of the 9-Tails.

Additionally, if Sasuke had been given 9-Tails, he would not have had the talent or stamina to keep it under wraps. Also as Sasuke is,as you say, driven by power, he would have succumb to Kyuubi and died. This would have freed Kyuubi and killed Sasuke as the host. Only Uzumaki's have enough lifeforce to survive the removal.

YES!! If we are talking about using only the own persons power and none from another source, then Sasuke cannot take anyone elses eyes/powers. Only fair. Thus, he goes blind. Same for Madara if he can't use EXTERNAL sources as strengths.

You keep saying that Sharingan is Sasuke's and Kyuubi is not Naruto's. In theory this can be true. So let's look at it like this then.

Taking into consideration ONLY what each person gains of their own skill and removing what isn't actually theirs.
For Naruto:
We take away Kyuubi from Naruto, cause it's not a part of him.

For Sasuke:
1:We have to take away CURSE MARK cause it is NOT a part of Sasuke,that was a gift from Oro.
2:Then we remove MANDA,cause that also was Orochimaru's.
3:Then we remove the injections given to increase his base skill levels,like speed,power & chakra.
4:Then we also need to remove EMS which comes from TAKING Itachi's eyes.
5:We also need to remove his skills with MS and of course MS,cause that was Itachi's gift,along with Amaterasu & Tsukuyomi.

Now, all I have done is remove what was not NATURALLY theirs.
So tell me!! Who's strong now?!!!
