He could make infinite number of clones with perfect susanoo R.I.P Naruto. But lets look at this in a fair fight kinda way. Naruto can get put to sleep by Mokuton TBB/Rasengan/Chakra cloak can all be absorbed by Preta path. Naruto Madara most likly cant counter his speed. His clones could give Madara a hard time. Madara wins this 9-10 so IMO Madara wins med-high difficulty.
