Naruto strong without 9 tails

There were times when that very nine tails chakra saved his life. i think the first time is when he was on the "naruto bridge" before it was name after him to up until this point.

you think that naruto can be completely strong without it? what are your thoughts on this?
you believe naruto was strong or can be strong without it?

He woulnd't be as strong, just a stronger jiraya, ma and pa would be able to fuse with him, and thus he could do sage mode, no km mode , no bijju bomb rasengan, nothing.. just a completed sage mode, sasuke would wipe the floor with him

Well he would be decent ninja at the moment without the chakra but nowhere near the top ninjas.

With sm he is equal w/ ms sasuke and able to pawn kyuubi. so he is still strong. And that is w/ only two jutsus imagine him adding two more jutsu to his arsenal and w/o kyuubi he will be able to merge w/ ma & pa granting him more solutions to problem(800yrs of experience), genjutsu and genjutsu counter and more jutsus.

Don't kid urself... he wouldn't be anywhere as strong as he is in km mode, running around 1 hitting kages >.> , he wouldnt be able to dodge raikages attack, and raikage would have killed him, sasuke would have pub stomped his ass in the valley of death if he didnt go kyuubi mode..
