Im not too excited honestly. Its fun too see new content, but guys lets all be honest now: this is just Generations 2 (AKA Ninja Storm 3.5), meaning its just an updated roster and not a real focus on the story mode. Im saving my true excitement for Storm 4, which I hope doesn't come out for another 2-3 years so that they can include the entire war arc and the entire Juubi revival arc without giving us another BS ending like they did in Storm 3.

Not at all. Storm Revolution probably won't focus heavily on Ultimate Adventure, or story, as much and be mostly for Free Battle/Online like Storm Generations was. Also, since the manga isn't over yet, that's also unlikely this is the last. After Storm Revolution (and this is if the manga ends within the next year to two years) I'm predicting that Storm 4 will be like Storm 2 and 3 and focus more on the story with epic boss battle to cover up the remaining arcs.

I'm pretty sure they meant last as latest. I don't think the scan says that this will be the last Storm game.
