Naruto Storm Revolution Opinions...

Past players, what are your opinions to the changes in the game such as: The new "types", new team ultimates and my least favorite the counterattacks.

I'm kinda confused with the 3 selections like with the Ultimate Jutsu option, what if you choose characters with completely random supports, do they have their own Ultimate?

I think it's better, although I haven't really used the counter attack, one guy used it on me and I was like dafuq? Currently I'm 8 for 10.
The only thing I don't like is how it takes so long to find a match and most matches lag, I thought they were gonna improve there.

I assume everyone has their own ultimates. Specific team ultimates (like Sasuke + Itachi) are made if certain teams are made.

OT: I'm a past player, I played storm 2, generations, and 3. IMO, it looks promising. It's only a demo, so I hope they fix a lot of things.

Also the counter attack bothers me. Other than that I'm liking it.

Its just the demo isn't it? Don't expect too much.

Man this game is awesome but they really have to get rid of the ****ing "drive mode" , it's the resone why I am getting my ass whooped in many matches

I like to think that the types can balance each other out. To a certain extent, most things that seem OP in this game have some kind of counter to them.

Awakening Type > Drive Type
Attack Type > Awakening Type
Drive Type > Attack Type

Also if they could maybe reduce the time it takes for Mecha Naruto to transform, that'd be greeeat.

I agree, it's annoying when the opponent starts spamming counterattack, but a good way to get past it is to start doing fake dashes and cancelling with block. Or use a special when they try to counter attack. That'll make em waste a few counters.

PS3 died right before I was able to play the demo. The trailers are looking pretty nice, and the fact that my mans is playable (seriously thought this would be impossible) makes it all the better. Storm is all icing this time around.
I do have one complaint that really bothers me. Kushina- jinchuuriki of the nine tails, Uzumaki descendant and trained ninja uses a frying pan. CC2 really couldn't have hooked up Kush with KCM? They definitely knew about KCM already. Minato anticipated Naruto getting it and prepared the key to the seal in advance.

The entire combat as been revamped, and its actually better but i dont know how i feel about split it into three different forms.

BM Naruto and Mecha Naruto is beyond haxxed, i think Revolution will be the best storm game to date.
