Naruto storm 4 removed blood

I noticed in revolution every time Kimmimaru attacked there would be blood particle effects which made the action feel edgier and more realistic. In storm 4 I noticed they replaced the blood with just white sparkle particle effects. Lame...why they do this shit

I can understand the black blood in the story mode due to there being so much of it but there was never a problem with the blood particle effects during gameplay so why change it??

I meant the censorship of blood.

I mean Blood is part of ourselves, it's what runs in our veins. Why censor it?

Too much blood depicts a horrifying scene (e.i murder) and can cause traumatic effects, which why sometimes it is unsuitable for children.

They are affraid of showing the lack of limbs. It was the case in Storm 2, Storm 3 and now Storm 4. It is ridiculous.
Storm 4 is rated for 12 year old children and older, right? As far as I know, the anime is too. So why do they censor this stuff in a game and not in the anime, while they aim for the same audience?
