Basically everyone in the top tier. For me though, the strongest are Mei, Goku Naruto, Suigetsu and Hanzo.

That is one of the reasons he is OP in awakening. He teleports behind characters, only thing to prevent being raped by that is a quick block, but quickly broken by block-breaking abilities granted by awakening.

No she isn't? Tenten is easy to defeat is you know how. Shurikens and Clay bombs aren't cheap by the way, they're literally just ranged combos. Characters like Shino, Tenten, Temari, Deidara and Utakata don't have normal combos because the shuriken combos ARE their combos. The only cheap Tenten is the PTS Tenten from Generations (that thing was beyond repair) but Tenten's awakening is actually really strong but hard to use. You have to have a huge opening to use the Water or the Wind, the Earth attack is extremely narrow (but awesome) and the thunder is boss. Tenten is a great character. High Tier.

Anyone can win with that kinda power man. I'd prefer to fight a Deidara player who spams the shuriken button than play a Minato player whose awakening wins the battle for them.

Probably the strongest is Mifune tho. The dude is fast as hell and once you've mastered chakra dashing it's over.
