Yes, It's true. There is a "Ninja Academy" Sakura European DLC confirmed for the Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3. It honestly looks lame in my opinion.

Namco Bandai Games has revealed Ninja Academy Sakura will be available as downloadable content (DLC) for those who pre-order Naruto Shppuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 In Europe!
Saiyan Island has complied a list of confirmed DLC so far by region. Europe is confirmed to have at least one more DLC costume. It’s unknown if North America or Europe will recieve any others.

ya all the dlc costumes U.E has been getting are kinda lame in my opinion i only want the the japan exclusive dlc RTN hinata, RTN sasuke, anbu kakashi, i hope it come to the U.S

xd Dunno really, They just wanna make more money by giving DLC's I guess. I heard they are going to put all the DLC's for purchase on PlayStation store and XBOX Live... But who knows.
