Gaara (Shukaku), Yugito (2-Tails), Yagura (3-Tails), Roshi (4-Tails), Han (5-Tails), Utakata (6-Tails), Fu (7 Tails), bee (8-Tails), and Naruto (9 Tails).

In addition, Tailed Beast vs Tailed Beast battles are confirmed! The Jinchuriki will be able to awaken into their Tailed Beast in free battle, taking the match to the next level! In the screenshot within the scan, the 4-Tailed monkey is taking on the 3-Tailed Turtle!

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is Namco Bandai Games and CyberConnect2′s fourth entry in the Storm series. It will be available for the Sony PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Xbox 360 in North America and Europe in March of 2013. It will begin with the incident with the Nine Tailed Fox from 16 years ago, continue on to the Five Kage Arc, and go up to the Shinobi War, covering latest episode of Naruto Shippuden before the game’s release.

edo kage are going to be playable(when you see the NUNS3 trailer you see the edo kage revived by Kabuto) I am 100% certain Madara will

if i do im lucky but ill problly main madara or 7 tails or hokage naruto so wont really be using it though i did have this strange dream that my cousin had the game and i was playing it with him and he had dlc goku but wasent playable and it was killing me plus i think people are gonna be using him alot so im tryna stick out of the crowd.
