no, it was the most satisfactory end they could do, stop crying, obviously the cant leave such a big cliffhanger or keep it going until the fight acctualy ended because of spoilers, so grow up.

The ending did it's very best to stay away from what happened in the manga so as to be able to break off clean...and for those of us who know the series it was pretty disappointing. I don't really like how they cut down the combat system to only three combos either. I feel like most of the characters got nerfed of their variety.

Well, first of all, 4 Tobi's,(if you are up to date you know what i mean) 4 Sasukes, 4 narutos what the hell. No Edo kages no swordsman of the mist. Combo strings are down, Only thing CC brought to the game was Madara. Sorry but im sticking with storm generatons. Lucky i hired before bought.....

I agree i feel sorry for the lads who paid an overpriced amount for the "limited edition" VERY glad i hired first.

Honestly, I can do without the Edo Kage's or the Swordsmen...if they add them on as DLC later, that'll be great and I wouldn't be surprised if they did. I was disappointed we didn't get the Second Mizukage though. Overall the game is definitely different from past ones, maybe more cutscene than game in the story mode, but they definitely through in some interesting things. It's nothing short of rewarding ripping through someone with Minato's awakening. Let's be real here. Who doesn't want to spam Raijin Level-2, Teleport back, only to teleport right back behind them to combo break, rinse, repeat, throw in a Rasengan Barrage for variety.

There really was no other ending possible. Stop complaining. The only other options would be to end the game with the Madara fight (cliffhanger), end it at Itachi and Sasuke vs Kabuto (WAY ahead of the anime, so that really never would have happened), or have the Tobi fight with Kakashi and Guy like in the manga, and end it with either Madara or the Juubi (BOTH would have been huge cliffhangers for a 2 year wait). I feel like what they chose to do was the best ending they could have done. There still needed to be a way to walk around and explore the rpg mode after the story, so I can understand their reasoning behind it. Plus, its not a complete sham; with madara retreated and Tobi vanished, yes its not as fluid as the manga but it can be undone in the next game. All that really needs to happen for things to be back in action is a small segment with the kage going "madara has reappeared" or something of the sort and have their fight continue. As for Tobi, as lame as it would sound, all he has to do is show up with a similar mask and say "i've remade this one to be stronger" or something of the sort. Or they can just continue the story with what they gave us. either way, I think its very premature to judge the game's ending without waiting to see how they complete it with the next game. It was awkward to experience no doubt, but it wasnt horrible. Be glad that the game went as far as it did. The Madara fight ALONE was ahead of the anime (a month of filler right now). The Tobi fight will take at least a month after the filler ends to happen, let alone end. All in all, I really don't get why people are claiming the game is crap. Its nothing short of amazing, and I certainly cannot wait for the 4th one.

The multiplayer is as bad as gens too.I've already seen loads of op chars just from gameplays xD

Nagato-glitchy shurikan during combo.And his tilt is op too, not to mention his insta awakening jutsu.

And i've heard you can't sub out of Team UJ's at certain times.Big awakenings are now broken too.Still buying the game but ik for a fact that Online will just be gens.

I think it would have been better had they stuck to the story events and left a cliffhanger of the alliance standing in front of the Juubi. Maybee even ending it with when Naruto stands back up after Neji dies.

Still was shocked when nothing happened to Kabuto.

I'm wondering how they can really pull off a Storm 4 without correcting their plot changes

even though there is blood in the game; they left out raikage losing an arm, Konan's Sea of Tags, Kisame summoning the sharks to eat him---Very iconic shippuuden moments.

u know what they didn't forget to add? 10 hours of crying and whining. the story mode blows chunks.
