I am not really a biased person when it comes to Naruto and Sasuke...counter the evidence provided by lol99, Thundercles, and Bogard.

The TBB used by Kurama in the Hashirama vs Madara fight was not larger than the Bijuu himself, but against the other Bijuu, Kurama provided a TBB large enought to counter the Joint Bijuu TBB based in information from lol99. It is evidence that Sasuke's Susanoo has yet to achieve the level that Madara's has, and as such cannot be said to have the same capabilities.

Once again, I said YET. I am sure Sasuke will find a way to unlock the Perfect Susanoo or else obviously their final fight will be rather one sided.
