I mean, Mei and Tsunade might as well be American models.
Most of Kumogakure are black. Clearly.
Naruto is modeled after a stereotypical American, so as to be more relate-able to people outside of Japan.

Really, only Lee and Gai look the least bit Asian. Everyone else could and should be played by an american (or European).

You can add the Naras and the Akimichis as well imo.

For those who forgot Jiraya is 50+ years old. The others looks different because they are cheating /are shit scared of growing old.

So the middle age man look is completly logic. ( not the best choice I can understaind)
