for ur first pic naruto was in base mode so his speed is obviously aint dat first..he would have easily dodged in kcm i can be sure infact everybody do after those werent faster dan raikage's puch!!
for ur 2nd pic naruto was drained of chakra and also he was very close to juubi dats y he has to face a nf branches. with chakra being drained he cant move dat first buddy.....
for ur 3rd pic naruto was stuck to bee's hand with a paste secreted by 5-tails or somewat like dat and it made him difficult to move!!
for ur 4th pic naruto didnt mind dodging bcz he knows the properties of samehada as in his childhood he has encounterd with samehada which ate his chakra..and of course the itachi's attack was imbued with chakra!!
for ur 5th pic naruto was already having enough defense and we also saw later dat tailed beast mode protected him..also they were judging juubi's powers according kurama's instruction..

Every character is affected by plot. Are you stupid? Both Sasuke and Naruto would be dead if it wasn't the plot. That's how a story progresses, don't use plot as excuse because it suits your favourite. Sasuke would be dead 3 times vs bee if he wasn't saved. And both Naruto and Sasuke would be dead vs Haku.

Naruto hasn't mastered his speed yet but in dire conditions he do blitz somehow, also being agile and unpredictable isn't Naruto's fighting style...
Now then,
1- Naruto wasn't in any of his modes when Neji saved him...
2- Since all of Naruto's chakra was sucked out, he couldn't keep up his BM and hence wasn't able to run away...
3- Naruto's back was stuck in Gyuuki's hand because of that Lava jutsu boulder hence couldn't move...
4- It's just that B tried to take control of the situation, Naruto wasn't going to die because of that fire...

people think these fictional characters have minds of there own and kishi is just recording what he sees lol
people need to realise if kishi didn't put his characters in situations where they could die or lose then the story would become boring and there wouldn't be any reason to read or watch a story

Vs Sasuke wasn't 'plot'. Early on in P1 it showed how fast he can heal due to being an Uzumaki and having the Kyuubi.
I see were you are coming from with Kabuto but, Tsunade, the greatest medical nin of all time, was healing him.
When did plot save him against Madara?

Some of those panels shown Naruto in base form. Gai and Kakashi saved Naruto while he was restrained by that coral attack and the tree got Naruto because he was full bijuu.

Naruto was giving the alliance A LOT OF chakra, ofc he wasn't at 100%, that's why he needs help right now.
Also he has been fighting during the war without Medical ninjas assisting him... remember when he used 14 km clones to kill all the zetsus? or when he used 4 BM clones to give chakra to the whole f*ucking alliance?
Naruto at 100% is in fact fast , faster than sasuke
