The original Naruto ost's were so good, but now in Shippuden I'm more on the ehhh side when listening to the ost's.
Very beautiful music.
My current personal fav is on the Naruto Shippuden soundtrack. It's called "Heaven Shaking Event" and is played during some pretty epic scenes in the anime.
As for the opening and ending songs, some of those are really amazing!

naruto has those sweet epic sounds and melodies....i think soul eater was fun and a bit pop-styled and fullmetal alchemist brootherhood had classic ones as well...but im with you im waiting ost 3....especially that savior of the world track
