If people have a problem with Kurama being sealed in Naruto and for Naruto utilizing the earned chakra as his own, then by all means strip him of it.

However, by doing so you must give him back ALL of the time he spent with Kurama.
Then what you have is much more possibilities than what has been displayed. (Not including RSM)

Tbh he'd be far above everyone his age as a kid. He'd be a natural prodigy.
Let's see a glimpse of what's possible for Naruto without Kurama being in his life :
Minato's teachings - FTG(Already puts you at high tier), Rasengan.
Jiraiya's teachings - SM(Probably even earlier than shippuden)
Kurama not negatively affecting Naruto's CC.
Ma and Pa being able to fuse with him, thus allowing for continuous NE + their OP genjutsu.
A second element next to wind, maybe water?
Those 3 long years with Jiraiya that were used to train Naruto to get a control of Kurama would've been better spent for refining Naruto's other skills, plus maybe mastering other OP jutsu's.

Face it, borrowed power aside, Exp. SM Naruto>>>>>>>>>>>Exp. MS Sasuke.

That's conjecture. One of Naruto's main traits was the fact that he wasn't very good at anything. Naruto was by no means a prodigy, unlike his counterpart Obito. Naruto's power came from an outside source, in comparison to Obito who managed to gain extreme amounts of intelligence and talent after the tragedy of Rin's death.

We don't know how good Naruto is at learning things, due to him not having a plethora of jutsu or variants of multiple techniques unlike Sasuke.

We really don't know what Naruto would be like without Kurama. His whole character's growth was based around Kurama. The only reason as to why you think Naruto would beat MS Sasuke is because Sasuke would go blind. If Sasuke wasn't going to go blind, the chances of him beating Naruto are 50/50. You're so full of conjecture.
