You know that in Bee vs Sasuke , Sasuke traps Bee in tsukuyomi it takes Bee awhile to break out of it with the 8 tails help.
It took only a few seconds for bee. It should be the same for naruto.

Naruto > Sasuke when Naruto fought with Gaara in the forest.
Sasuke was the last man standing after the Valley in the End battle. So, if anything Sasuke > OR = Naruto before he left with Oro.
Sasuke > Naruto when he saw them for the first time with Yamato, Sai, Sakura.
And currently from what we're seeing now Naruto > Sasuke.
