From the above translation,
Naruto Six Path Sage Mode is described as the epitome of Sensing ability.
Naruto in this mode can basically comprehend and understand all Chakra and it Natures.
It also mentioned how Naruto gain the ability of Supernatural mental state and at the third caption, it also says
Naruto in this form has an amazing speed Reaction which exteed that of Madara Uchiha in his Ten Tails Jinchūriki form.
I think this probably confirms Naruto as the fastest character on Narutoverse.

From what I can make out of the main body of text, it says that this is a technique that allows the user to quickly grasp the nature of Chakra with the skill of a well-studied, highly sensitive master. It also seems to have a bunch of philosophical stuff about the Sage of
Six Paths which is hard to make out because I can only read about half of it.

Path's "ability to levitate" (浮遊する能力, fuyū suru nōryoku).
