i really dislike the bg it does not suit it at all but the naruto render with the orange and yellow outline stuff looks awsome

I don't liek it. BG and Text are terrible, given the render, and the rest if it is too out of place or doesn't fit in. But it's fine.

Not liking this one very much, the borders are way too thick I suggest dropping them all together, the text is average at best and you have a bright render with absolutly no light source. It lacks blending and depth also and try not putting the focal in the centre it ruins the3 tag most of the time but keep practicing and look up some tuts and you will improve alot quicker.
