It's not to bad, a 6/10.
First of all the right hand side is much to empty, maybe some nice, bright orange text.
I don't quite like scanlines in signatures. You could have also made the render bigger to include the kunai he is holding and moved it into the center.
There also isn't much depth or flow, the effects seem to be random. Also, you should have added a light source above his right shoulder, just a large white brush on a low opacity would work fine.
You seem to have blended him in fairly well at the front of Naruto.

Anyway, well done. Keep it up, practice makes perfect
