I like the 1st one The second one is also good, but the glass pieces are not so distinct imo that they are glass xd
It took me a minute to realize what they were :|
If it is possible to make it look more as if it is glass then I think I'd go for that one ,
besides that nice work as usual

it's nice but empty, you should work on the lights effects and the text more. adding some more effects and C4D would make it much better ^^.

I like the second one more, the first one has a nice brush but you can see where it ends and it makes a edge that ruins it a little.

your getting better but its still not really brilliant, i thanked not because i think your technically good with GFX, i just really enjoyed the concept...

work on your lighting a bit, your text / font is a bit off and its quite plain, i dont think the glass really works aesthetically but it does work towards your concept...

so A+ for concept, C for technique

Well, here goes my opinion. I'm gonna be true to it, don't lie to you.
I don't really enjoy them to much but if you're at the beginning, it's understandable, we all were there.

So.

1. Too dark, no focal point. Try to look for a focal and then work around it. Also take care to not make it too light.
2. The placemenent is a big awkward. Try to integrate it somewhere where you should have an inside and outside of the banner, if you get what I mean. Hope I was clear enough.
3. The colors don't match. I mean, their shades. One is too light, one is too dark going to black. Try to find the ballance between them.
4. What is it with the glass effect? It is nice but carefull how you position it. It's getting in Naruto's face and that give an unnatural effect. Always try to keep the face clean. Only if you're not going into the dirrection of crack effect.
5. I don't like the fact that you put so much darkness into Naruto/Kushina/Minato picture. You can barely see their faces, therefore your idea of the banner is loosing itself somewhere there.
5. The text... doesn't kinda match... I would take out that outer glow nad chose another font. It makes it feel like it's not part of the sig. I know the text part is bitchy as it always gave me problems as well.

This are my opinions regarding the banner.
But don't worry, work on it and you'll get better and better. Never give up!
