Naruto's wind already defeats lighting, and now he needs water to defeat fire.

It was yamato's. At first I thought it was kakashi's.. Because kakashi can use both of that type of jutsu.. Then after the scans that shows that Yamato and Naruto get in time to save kakashi. I'm sure it was yamato's jutsu..
