With shadow clones Naruto can be the man who practiced 10,000 kicks 10,000 times.

He'd be insanely strong. The Rasengan gives insane chakra control because of the control it takes to form. It is the peak of shape transformation. The Rasenshuriken is even harder, Minato who was supposedly "the most gifted" shinobi of all time (as stated by Jiraiya) had failed to even apply his nature transformation to the rasengan, before his untimely death. While Naruto now can make it in BASE form without shadow clones and even guide it with his chakra as shown in "The Last." Naruto also has shown the best chakra control feat in the manga, by giving his/kurama's chakra to everyone on the battlefield. So given his massive chakra pool and excellent chakra control, imagine him actually knowing more than rasengan variants. But i'd assume that him being Hokage, he should have learned more than rasengan. He still is the meeting place for the Bijuu so he can always call for their chakra and gain access to their special KG's.

lol, I don't like Naruto's character, but I don't hate him. And facts are facts. The shadow clone training is one of the most broken things in the manga. I honestly believe kishi made it up because he didn't develop Naruto properly during the timeskip.
