Naruto should have been the only jinchuriki of Kurama

Madara controlling Kurama and forcing him to battle against Hashi would make Kurama hate humans.

After that, Hashi had to seal Kurama away to protect humans from him.

That makes no sense. Why would they let something that powerful on the loose without any supervision. A huge part of the plot is that the Bijuu are misunderstood and misused, which then translates to the jinchurikis.

That would create so many plot issues as well as undermine Naruto's feat of mastering Kurama's power if Naruto was the only jinchuuriki.

The fact that Kurama had 2 previous jinchuurikis who both failed to bond with him and master his power emphasizes Naruto's special ability to bond with people and to change people. If Naruto had been the only jinchuuriki then this feat wouldn't have the same impact. Also, Obito wouldn't have gone to the place where Naruto was born if Kushina had not been the jinchuuriki, so events would have been significantly different already. Minato and Kushina may even have survived. That would mess up the plot.

Kyuubi could still hate humans if Madara wasn't enough. Obito could have found the Kyuubi somewhere in the mountains. Kushina could die of childbirth. Naruto could still have whisker marks when the Kyuubi is sealed. Kyuubi could change by watching Naruto and actually give a chance on seeing if Humans aren't all what he judged as.
