All the signs show that he should be able to do it. It would be helpful to revert back what Kaguya is doing with her landscape. And it is clear this is a Yang ability as stated by Kabuto that you have to use life energy.

It would be a mixup for his style. I'm just kinda bored seeing him only using rasengan. Even though he has many, many variations to it.

Well it is possible but....Sasuke may get it instead. Each SM is different and grants different techniques. Kabuto's jutsu may be exclusive to Dragon/Snake sages. Also, Sasuke was compatible with Juugo CM senjutsu. This means he is compatible with DSM. This is one of the reasons Orochimaru wanted his body.

Kabuto had life energy from Hashirama; just like Sasuke has Hashirama's chakra and DNA. Kabuto had Juugo's cells; just like Sasuke has Juugo's cells. Sasuke is compatible with DSM just like Kabuto was.

Lastly, I don't think these type of jutsu suits Naruto's fighting style.
