Naruto doesn't need to learn sensory jutsu he already has it naturally through kyubi chakra and sage mode, plus the uzumaki clan were known for their sealing jutsu and massive chakra reserves not their sensory abilities

Orochimaru confirmed that Karin didn't learn that technique, it's a reflex and a defensive mechanism transmitted by the Uzumaki dna, the only thing she can probably do is to learn how to control them 100%

Naruto never awoke them and he met his mother whom had this peculiar chakra chains ability so she could have told him about it if he is capable to use them.
imo, Naruto just don't have the chakra chains, must be a females only stuff since Mito had them like Kushina and Karin but Nagato didn't either.
