Since they are adding rin and hanabi, i expect shizune anko and kurenai in this game.
I don't really want custome jutsu anymore. I prefer characters who have multiple jutsu all in one moveset. Like Kakashi. He uses raikiri as his main jutsu, then raiden as his charged jutsu. Then he has lightning dogs as his awakening jutsu 1 and lightning clone as his awakening jutsu 2, then he gets Kamui as his main jutsu in awakening. So that's five different jutsu that kakashi can use in one moveset. I muich prefer it like that, rather than having to pick watch jutsu to assign. All techniques should be usable at once.
