It would be but with the in game mechanics that storm already has it's alittle excessive and i feel like it would be a ***** for the developers of the game to put in. and on top of everything Izuna is my dream character for storm4

You also need to think about the drop in quality. Like in my opinion Raging Blast 2 had no character creation option but better graphics than Dragon Ball Xenoverse did...

Who is that guy? Some fodder from the leaf village? He looks so average and boring. I cannot tell if he has any relevance in this manga. What was he? Some priest or a weapon seller?

I've been wishing for all supports to be playable since Generations. If they could come up with movesets for featless characters before, I see no problem with doing more of that; I realize it won't happen though.
