It'll most likely have all the past kage, and kakashi's old team. Simply put it all characters that you have played in past naruto game's and more. Likely since the new manga, The actual Madara will be a part of it. And as for the man behind the mask, it is even his brother or another form of zetsu. Since Zetsu was created after the battle and Madara survived he could have made a clone of himself. Either way it isn't Obito though removing one of the O's and changing around the letter's spell's Tobi, I doubt it's him unless Obito himself was a clone.
Obito's right side was supposedly crushed, but still possible he survived, being Kakashi's and Obito's abilities are the same. But when Tobi fought Minato he was about the same age as minato to. That's all I have to say.
