How Come In The Shippuden Anime They Always Show FlashBacks? It's Kinda Like The Creater's Are Trying To Make As Many Episode As Possible, I Wish This War Would Just And With "Project Tsuki No Me"

Those are called fillers, they give time between the anime and manga so he has time to create ideas.

They show flashbacks in cannon anime too. Part 1 of Naruto is Flashback Heaven. And sometimes, they show flashbacks that just happened 10 minutes ago! This is supposed to only happen in Family Guy as a joke.
