Most likely not on the same day. Takes time for people to actually get their hands on it, upload it and such (to YouTube). But considering its hype and demand, it shouldn't take more than two or three days..

Not listen, but you can download it if they upload it on Day 1. Like the contents of the disc itself, album art included and such. If I recall correctly they had the BORUTO OST and the "BEST NARUTO" songs album on day one, so they'll probably have OST III as well.

Indeed! Sometimes they even have the .flac version of the songs (uncompressed audio, best possible audio quality) so it's pretty sweet. Soo damn hyped over here.
