Does anyone else have issues with blurriness or pixelation? If It's just me can you give me some advice to fix it.

EDIT: 25 views and no response? So i reread my post i can see where it's confusing, I'm talking about Naruto Shippuden Episodes on the main site, not uploading pictures.
