hmm. sorry I misunderstood.
that one was something like an advertisement. it was a dvd release that had 5000 copies. and they were given to people who bought a certain t-shirt. (naruto t-shirt)
since it's a dvd release it leaked to the internet.
if they do something like that we will have it
I've heard that from a different source, the source is the place I downloaded it. and narutopedia says;
Uniqlo is a Japanese retailer of casual clothing that sells T-shirts designed by Masashi Kishimoto in conjunction with Studio Pierrot, they are as subject to the characters in the Naruto series. These shirts are accompanied by an OVA of Naruto (Naruto x UT Original DVD) to promote their sale. About 200,000 copies of this special OVA will be distributed.
the place I downloaded it said 5000. that means it had more sells than the planned and they decided to do more (I may be remembering wrong as well xd)
