Of course it is, anything that is written other than Kishi will always remain to be the best. That is why Boruto series right now is Pure GREATNESS!

A wide variety of narrations were completely skipped, for instance,the Mizukage, they decided to skip a little of the Mizukage's character development, her thoughts on marriage and her conversations with Chojuro for example. They changed the setting of the first episode in the first few scenes. There's so many things to mention, this is just a few.

I see. This isn't the first time they left out details in the adaption of light novels. they skipped some important stuff in Itachi's
