Next episode looks like it's being done by an animator who does a lot of special effects for emotional scenes with slow motion and light effects.

The name of the animator isn't out yet. But apparently the episode will be outsourced (not always bad) according to Animeblue00 (a person on Twitter who shows info about the titles and staff).

We will know somewhere between the 6th to the 10th of this month.
