I enjoyed Itachi's part more than the canon one, which I kinda expected.

Sasuke doesn't know Edos aren't affected. Nobody knew, including Tobirama and Hashirama. Those two were too far away from him, so he couldn't see.

Well we finally got a well written and welll directed episode. After so many months of pure garbage.

I'm so happy we finally have good animation back. When Itachi was going down that rock wall the difference in animation was so obvious. I hope they keep doing that and don't slack off. Also the difference in storytelling is obvious as well.

Next weeks episode will unfortunately have a weaker team of animators, however the person in charge of the storyboard is the same as this episode. So it should be a decently put together episode even with the weaker animation.

It was nice seeing everyone else dreams, Kankuro and Shino's were so funny I laugh so much. Gaara's dream was so sweet and seeing this what if everything was different for Gaara, Naruto could have been his friend sense they were kids if everything turned out better.
The second part seeing Itachi younger in the battle field was really sad. I do have one question if Itachi was so good and was in the middle of a battle field why was he still in the Ninja Academy. I could just be over thinking.
Next episode looks like we will see the fight when the 9 tails appears and starts destroying the village but it will be from Itachi's point of view. Can't wait!!
